She has been featured by many network TV stations and radio shows including the SiriusXM doctor’s show. Cheryl Lee is a serial entrepreneur, innovator, mother and wife who has an extensive background in business strategy, e-commerce, and health information technology. Dr. Eberting is incredibly motivated to change our healthcare system by empowering the patient with the tools to direct their own healthcare.
Eberting financed her medical school education with her first start-up and graduated debt-free from medical school. She built a thriving dermatology, esthetics and integrative wellness center and has also built the first and only dedicated Online Eczema Clinic in the world. Eberting spent four years developing a patent-pending skin barrier optimization technology called TrueLipids. TrueLipids is distributed through doctor’s offices, medical spas, and compounding pharmacies all over the country and the world. The TrueLipids technology is one of the most effective over the counter solutions for treating eczema and was the catalyst for the development of AZOVA. After the launch her products, Eberting was inundated with photos of people and their children who were asking for help with their eczema and other skin problems. As a mother herself, doctor Eberting wanted to help these people, but was unable to do so due to the many regulations surrounding the practice of medicine across state lines. AZOVA was created to facilitate healthcare access for all, to enable patients to consult with any healthcare professional in the world, to allow any healthcare professional to customize his or her own online clinic while having complete control of the financial aspects of their virtual clinic. Dr. Eberting’s ability to identify market opportunities, create a vision and execute on that vision have led to the creation of AZOVA. Eberting’s motivation for AZOVA is to give every healthcare professional the tools they need to compete in the digital world, to connect every patient to all of their healthcare professionals, to introduce tools for the advancement of wellness, population management and outcomes measurement and research. Dr. Eberting enjoys playing with her children, spending time with her husband, her siblings, and doing just about anything outdoors.
